Grapevine has a purpose where people come before profits. The purpose is the movement and the rest will follow.

If we really believe in our mission, then people will always come first when making decisions, building new products or features, and when working with others. It does not mean we do not make difficult decisions that benefit the company, but it does mean that every decision or action we take will be rooted in respect for others.

The mission is our North Star and we want to achieve this to better the working world.

Our behaviors at Grapevine embody the true purpose of the company and that is to create a future where work is flexible, inclusive, and fulfilling for all. We will always be action biased and move in parallel with our mission.

This core value comes from a Bob Dylan song, "Don't Criticize what your Can't Understand." That's unique and we like it!

We apply a “seek to understand” approach to every aspect of the work conducted at Grapevine. We don’t pretend to know or understand someone or something. Instead, we ask questions, take notes, share knowledge, do research, be curious, do what it takes to understand and not criticize what we do not understand even when we have exhausted all options.

The sky is the limit and we plan on helping every customer reach the moon by pioneering innovation each step of the way.
